We have heard Mr. Jamalpurkar Patil, the learned advocate for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The learned A. G. P. points out that the petitioners have remedy of appeal before the State Government against the impugned order.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to

2 wp 7399.19 petitioners to prefer an appeal before the State Government. No costs.

For a period of ten (10) days from today, the respondents may not take any precipitative action against the petitioners pursuant to the impugned order. Needless to state on lapse of ten (10) days, the protection granted shall come to an end. 5.

In case appeal is filed, the authority with whom the appeal is filed, shall decide the appeal expeditiously. The parties would be governed by the orders that would be passed by the Appellate Authority.
