The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B. By issuing the writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, as the case may be, this Hon' ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the pending sitting allowances as per letter dated 30.05.2023 and chart annexed at Exhibit C under Rule 16(1) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rule 2015 as the petitioners conducted the sittings as per the Section 28(1) of the said Act."

It is further submitted that the Petitioners have already submitted their representations. The same have been considered and khs/June 2023/6588

- 2 - the bills are kept ready.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to clear the payments of these Petitioners within 60 days from today.
