Inspite of giving several chances and by giving last chance vide order dated 16.09.2025, none appears for the respondent. 02.

This application is filed by wife seeking transfer of proceeding bearing Petition A No. 911 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Nashik to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dhule One proceeding filed by wife is pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Shirpur bearing Cri.Misc. Application No. 119 of 2025 filed under the provision of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. 03.

Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Hence, following order.

This application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). In the Trial Court, the wife shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. If the Trial Court finds that the wife is seeking unnecessary adjournments, the Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders
