It is submitted that, grievance of the petitioner No. 1 does

On the last date a statement was made by Mr. Thigale that proposal of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 for grant of trained graduate teachers pay scale is forwarded to the respondent No. 2. 3.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, the Superintendent Class II Secondary Education Department, Zilla Parishad, Beed Mr. Khatavkar R. H. is present in the Court and upon his instructions states that the proposals are received by his office and the said proposals would be decided within a period of three

(03) weeks. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the statement made, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Needless to state, if petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed on the proposal, then the petitioners would have liberty to assail the same accordingly.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case, the petitioners may represent themselves before the authority. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the contempt petition is also disposed of. No costs.
