Leave to add the Assistant Charity Commissioner as respondent No.9. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Considering the prayers put forth, the petitioner is practically praying that this Court should get it'

s own order executed, then this Court should get executed the order of the Education Officer and then this Court also should get the order of the Assistant Charity Commissioner executed.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would delete prayer clauses B, C and D.

In so far as prayer clause "E" is concerned, he prays that the concerned Authority should decide the pending application No.05/2012, filed u/s 41-D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act. 5.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Osmanabad, in the absence of any legal impediment, to decide the application 05/2022 u/s 41-D, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.03.2023.
