The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (B), (C) and (E), which read as under :- "B.

By issuing appropriate writ, Order, direction, the order dated 20.06.2022 thereby rejecting the objection to the objection to the extent of including village Garteki Tanda and Dahiphal Khandare may kindly be quashed and set aside.

By issuing appropriate writ, Order, direction, the village Garteki Tanda and Dahiphal Khandare may kindly be directed to be including in Talani Gat of Tq. Mantha, Dist. Jalna.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the present writ petition, the respondents be directed to include Garteki Tanda and Dahiphal Khandare in Talani Gat." 2.

The learned Advocate representing the State Election Commission submits that, the election programme has already been declared on 09/07/2022 and the polling is scheduled on 18/08/2022.

Considering the view taken by this Court, vide Judgment dated 05/07/2022, in Writ Petition No.6765/2022, filed by Anant Baburao Golait (Gahilot) Vs. State Election Commission of Maharashtra and others, with a group of matters, this petition cannot be entertained.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We leave the petitioners at liberty to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
