It is submitted that the Education Officer has already passed an order directing correction of date of birth in the school record. The Headmaster has already sent the proposal to respondent no. 4. However, respondent no. 4 has not corrected the S.S.C. certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3. Miss Mahajan, the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 4.

Respondent no. 4 may take decision with regard to the proposal forwarded by the Headmaster for correction of the date of birth in the certificate issued by the respondent on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably before 30.06.2019.
