Considering Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1984, the petitioner would have to approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition may be transferred to the learned Tribunal and be converted into an original application.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed off from the file of this Court. The Registry shall transfer this proceeding to the learned Tribunal at Aurangabad and the same shall be registered as an original application.
