Learned counsel for the parties are present alongwith their respective parties. They have filed minute of terms of settlement arrived between the parties out of Court. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

As per the submissions made the parties have settled all the disputes which includes the present proceedings relating to dishonor of cheques. As per the settlement the respondents have agreed to pay Rs. 7,99,000/- towards full and final payment towards their liability on account of cheque in question as well as the disputes before the Cooperative Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the settlement arrived, the applicant/Jyoti Co-operative Credit Society Limited Kopergaon decided to withdraw the applications seeking leave to file an appeal. In this view Criminal Application No. 3455 of 2015 and Criminal Application No. 3331 of 2015 seeking leave to file an appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and same are dismissed as withdrawn.
