The learned Counsel submits that under the Consolidation Scheme, the area of the petitioner's land is reduced. In that case, the petitioner would have remedy under the provisions of the Prevention of and Consolidation of Holdings Act. 2.

The petitioner may avail the remedy as may be permissible in law.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
