The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.3 be directed to decide the pending application of the Petitioners filed u/s 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, by following the due procedure laid down in Law, by carrying out a panchnama with due advance notice to all the stake holders and after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing, would deliver a final order within a period of 60 days.
