The learned AGP submits that if the Petitioner has any objection as regards section 11 Notification published under the 2013 Land Acquisition Act, he can take recourse to section 15 proceedings. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the proceedings under section 15 have already been moved through an application, dated 04.09.2023 (page 69). He prays that same may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, to deal with the said application of the Petitioner by following due procedure laid down in law, as expeditiously as possible.
