The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' and 'C' as under :- "B. By issuing writ, order of direction in the like nature under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar may kindly be directed to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 24.05.2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within period of one month. C. By issuing writ, order of direction in the like nature under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to see that, no policy decision is taken by the newly lelected body of the society till the final decision of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 24.05.2022."

We have perused the communication dated 06.06.2022 at page No.85 addressed to the petitioner by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Tal.Nagar, Dist. Ahmednagar. The said Authority has called upon the petitioner to furnish the details of those 43 members, who, according to the petitioner, are ineligible to be the Members of the Concerned Society. The petitioner is also informed that if he could provide the details so as to serve notices on those parties and hear them, the proceedings can be taken to a logical end. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner shall render co-operation to respondent No.4 in order to enable the said authority to deal with his complaint. Needless to state, respondent No.4 shall consider the complaint and shall proceed to deal with it as expeditiously as possible by following the procedure as is laid down in Law, on the condition that the petitioner would supply details of all the members, ( ARUN R.
