The petitioner is aggrieved by non-inclusion of her name in the online portal for disbursement of salary which proposal has been forwarded by the Education officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Latur to the Deputy Director of Education, Latur on 14/12/2020, Exhibit 'K'. 3.
We have heard both the sides.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that considering previous orders passed by this Court, it is imperative for the respondent Deputy Director of Education to consider the proposal and
WP 6772-2023 take a decision in the light of the observations and conclusions of this Court inter alia in the matter of Reshma d/o Ashok Sawant Vs. State of Maharashtra and others (Writ Petition (St.) No.24057 of 2021) decided on 20/12/2021, and in Pravin s/o Sudhir Awasarmal Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others (Writ Petition No.10997 of 2022) decided on 14/06/2023 and several other matters. 5.
We dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent Deputy Director of Education to take appropriate decision in the light of these observations made in several Judgments by this Court (Supra) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
