By the present application, the original claimants have requested for clarification of the order dated 18.06.2014 made by this Court on the application which was filed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited with the Commissioner.

This Court allowed the original claimant to withdraw the entire amount, but the solvent surety was to be given only in respect of 50% of the amount. Thus, surety is in respect of 50% amount and not in respect of entire amount which is with the Commissioner, however the entire amount is allowed to be withdrawn. The original claimants are not required to give undertaking in respect of remaining 50% amount to the Commissioner, Executing Court.
