This matter is at Sr. No. 982 on board dated 14.02.2023. By consent of the parties, this matter is taken up for hearing, out of turn. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, in view of paragraphs 14 and 21 of the affidavit filed by Savita Sidgonda Birge, the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, dated 28.11.2022, this petition may be disposed off, as the petitioner's claim is likely to be considered on it's own merits. It is further pointed out that his proposal dated 7.11.2022, has already been forwarded to the said Education Officer.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that no assurance is given to the petitioner and his claim would be considered strictly on it's own merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, we have not expressed any view as regards the claim of the petitioner.
