These matters were heard for some time.

There are several disputed factors, inasmuch as, the Petitioners need to prove that their father/mother/ relative were working as Safai Kamgar on the basis of which compassionate appointment is sought in the light of the Lad-Page Committee

8to10 recommendations (Vashila Paddhat). The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners would raise an industrial dispute/approach the Industrial Court, for the redressal of their grievance, either under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or the MRTU & PULP Act, 1971.
