Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed by the applicants for permission to bring on record the legal heirs of original appellant Pralhad Sidhlingappa Dharashive. It has been mainly contended by the applicants that original appellant Pralhad Sidhlingappa Dharashive died on 2.5.2015 leaving behind his L.Rs. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Pralhad Sidhlingappa Dharashive died on 2nd May 2015. The present C.A. is filed on 1st July 2015. There is no contest to this application. Thus it is crystal clear that the present CA is filed within time. In view of the above, I find no difficulty to pass following order. C.A.15267/2015 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Pralhad Sidhlingappa Dharashive Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of limitation.
