Present application has been filed for allowing the notice of respondent No.5 be served through paper publication. Notice issued to respondent No.5 has been returned unserved on the ground that he is not residing at the given address. It appears that it was the address before the tribunal and with the same address he had appeared before the tribunal. Under such circumstance, he is avoiding service of summons. Hence, application is allowed.
