The proposal forwarded by the Dhule Municipal Corporation on 03.11.2022, recommending appointment of the Petitioner on compassionate basis, in the light of the death of her mother (bread earner) on 04.12.2015, is pending before Respondent No.1. 2.

We direct Respondent No.1 to decide such proposal within 60 days from today. We make it clear that we would not grant a single day's extension.
