20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have made a application for payment of rental compensation. Upon perusal of the application, it is manifest that the application has been made in February 2019 and some reasonable time will have to be given to the authority to decide the application. The application is required to be decided after hearing the acquiring body also.

If the application for rental compensation is not decided by the authority within reasonable time then the petitioners may move the Court. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
