The petitioners' proposals are awaiting adjudication for verification of the tribe certificate by the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee since the year 2015.

It is being informed that vigilance inquiry has been conducted. Its report has been served to the petitioners and they had also filed a reply thereto.

Since the petitioners are seeking to secure admission to M.B.A. in the ongoing process, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioners'

The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 08.07.2024.
