The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It is signifcant to note that the appeal fled by the acquiring body is already decided on 23/08/2021.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body did not raise any strong objection. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date. 4.
