The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no. 2Scrutiny Committee for adjudication of his tribe claim since August 2023. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are validities in the blood relation. Vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of Yogesh Pandhari Thakur. The petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by him in that vigilance enquiry and prays for early decision. 4.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the matter is awaiting vigilance enquiry and the committee would need sufficient time to decide the proposal.

Considering the fact that the petitioner intends to secure admission to the current admission process for a professional course having already 1/2

930 WP 6764 OF 2024.odt appeared for NEET, taking into account the fact that he is ready to adopt his reply filed by his cousin Yogesh to the vigilance report, the committee shall very well consider the request and save the time. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks. The committee may consider the petitioner's request mentioned herein above of adopting the reply filed by Yogesh, to obviate the fresh vigilance inquiry. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) (MANGESH S.
