The petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent no. 2Committee since 2015, and he is in need of an early decision having appeared for the NET-SET examination.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would need four weeks time to decide the petitioner's proposal. 4.

Considering the fact that we have been told by the learned advocate for the petitioner about vigilance enquiry having already been conducted and even he has filed his reply thereto, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the committee to decide the proposal finally within three weeks.
