Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and we have seen the order passed by this Court (Coram : Manish Pitale and Y. G. Khobragade, JJ.) on 14.08.2025. In the said order, it is specifically mentioned that this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner and for that purpose the reasons were also given. We cannot take a different view. Though the learned Advocate for the petitioner is praying that since the petition is only for the direction to the respondents to decide the application, such directions be issued. We dismiss the petition for the reasons already stated.
