Learned advocate for the respondent submits that order passed in writ petition, contempt which claimed by the petitioners, is challenged in the SLP.

Be that as it may, since we have permitted the petitioner to appear in the departmental examination, the petitioner's performance would be considered on merit by the respondent at the time of declaration of the results and the result of the petitioner shall be declared alongwith other candidates. 3.

In view of the filing of the SLP, the present contempt petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at a latter stage, if the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, after the decision of the SLP.
