Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The respondent despite service remained absent.

The applicant is claiming transfer of petition A No. 99/2022 filed by the respondent -husband for getting divorce, from Family Court Jalgaon to Family Court, Pune. It appears that applicant is not having any source of income. She is also maintaining 8 years old son without any financial assistance from the respondent. Moreover, the distance between Jalgaon and Pune is of 450 kms. Thus, it appears that the applicant would be great difficult, if she is asked to attend the dates at Jalgaon. Therefore, considering the convenience of the applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Petition A No.99 /2022 is hereby transferred from the Family Court, Jalgaon to the Family Court, Pune. for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the Family Court, Pune, on or before 01.03.2023.

(iv) The application is accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
