PER COURT:- 1.

The present petition depicts the total lethargy on the part of the petitioner in filing his validation proceeding before the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner has filed the proposal for validation of his tribe claim with the Committee on 19.07.2021 and now seeks directions against the Committee to decide the said proceeding immediately, as the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

We cannot encourage such petition. The petitioner after taking admission in the 11th standard only ought to have moved the proposal for validation.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

We are not giving any positive direction.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the respondent no.2-Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner by 30.09.2021.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02.08.2021.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
