The petitioner is challenging the order of respondent Scrutiny Committee dated 6 April 2022, refusing to validate his 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe certificate. 3.

The impugned order is common order of the petitioner and his son Vishal. Vishal had challenged it in Writ Petition No. 6306 of 2022. By the order dated 26 August 2024, the Division Bench of this Court, for the reasons recorded therein, quashed and set aside the said order and directed the certificate of validity to be issued to him.

Since the impugned order is a common order which has already been a subject matter of scrutiny by this Court in the

(2) 919 WP 12643.2024.odt matter of Vishal, for the same reasons as recorded therein, even the present petition is allowed.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside to the extent of the petitioner. Issue certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe immediately. It shall be subject to final outcome of the matters of validity holders which the committee has decided to reopen. 6.
