We have heard learned counsel for respective parties in Civil Application No. 6798/2021. The present civil application is filed in disposed of writ petition. In Writ Petition no. 7599/2021 under order dated 19th July 2021 we had disposed of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioners have remedy before the Grievance Committee. We had granted status quo as on 19th July 2021 for the period of seven days. 2.

Under the present civil application, it is submitted that the Grievance Committee has not taken up the matter and as such the interim protection may be extended till the Grievance Committee decides the grievance of the petitioner.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the Grievance Committee will hear the grievance of petitioner tomorrow i.e. on 27th July 2021 at 4.30 p.m. 3.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has received notice to appear before the Grievance Committee on 27th July 2021 at 4.30 p.m.

The petitioner may appear before the Grievance Committee on the scheduled date and time and put forth his case.

It is for the Grievance Committee to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders therein, granting/not granting protection to the petitioner on it's own merits. As the matter is fixed before the Grievance Committee tomorrow, we extend the order of statusquo till 27th July 2021. 6.

Civil Application disposed of. No costs.
