It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District/Sub-Divisional Level Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 13.02.2015.

If the petitioner approaches the said Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall examine the matter and issue appropriate directions, if deemed necessary, within four months from the date of receipt of the application/representation.
