This is the death claim and the bread earner of the family met with an accidental death. Thus, without prejudice to the contentions raised by the respondent-insurer in the appeal preferred against the judgment and order passed by the tribunal, the applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
