This is a persona injury claim. The applicant has incurred medical expenses to some extent. Though learned counsel for the respondent - insurer has resisted the application on various grounds, however, the applicant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed off.
