CORAM

: R. M. BORDE & K. L. WADANE, JJ.

23th June, 2016 ORDER:

1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

It is the contention of the petitioner that he has already submitted the election account to the concerned authority. If that be so, the concerned election authority shall take note of the reply and take appropriate steps. There is no reason to cause interference in the matter.
