Perused the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 13790 of 2019 dated 04.03.2020. The applicants could not comply the order due to Covid-19 pandemic and now they are ready to deposit the same with the Registry. It is necessary to allow this application.

ORDER

[I] The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

[II] After payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- it should be transferred to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad and thereafter scrutiny of the appeal be made as per procedure and thereafter it be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
