20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate of Yelam O.B.C. The petitioner is admitted to the engineering course from O.B.C. category in the year 2018 directly in the second year of the engineering as the petitioner had completed polytechnic. 2.

A notice was issued that the admission of the petitioner should be cancelled if the validity is not submitted. The petitioner has appeared for second year engineering examination also.

Considering the fact that it was a delay on the part of the committee to decide the proceedings and that the petitioner was admitted directly in the second year engineering after completing the polytechnic course and also that the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate,

( 2 ) 944 wp 7475.19 we allow the petition and set aside the impugned notice dated 26.03.2019. 4.
