The applicants are claiming withdrawal of entire amount of compensation which has been deposited by respondent No.1 - State. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the Reference Court has granted exorbitant amount.

3. In view of the same and to safeguard the interest of appellant - State, following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50 % of the deposited amount on usual undertaking to the

satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (ii) The remaining 50% of the deposited amount be kept in F.D.R. in any Nationalised Bank till disposal of the appeal. (iii) The application is accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
