The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal of the petitioner for opening new college is not yet decided by respondent no. 1.

Mr. Tambe, learned A.G.P. submits that the University has given negative recommendation to the proposal of the petitioner.

The final decision has to be taken by the State Government.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner for opening new college is pending with the State Government and if it is not decided, then the State Government shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy before the end of August-2021.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
