Mr.S.B.Patil, learned counsel for the acquiring body states that due to procedural formalities delay in preferring the appeal has been caused.

Mr.Nilkanth R.Pawade, learned counsel for the respondent strongly objected for condonation of delay.

Entire amount of compensation is deposited. Sufcient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Delay is therefore condoned. Appeal be registered, if it is otherwise ft for registration. Civil Application No.8167 of 2017 stands disposed of. 6.
