This Application is taken out to bring legal heirs of respondent no.7 on record for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

Considering the fact that the appeal is yet to be admitted and cause survives to prosecute the Appeal against the Respondent No.7, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Necessary substitution/amendment be carried out within two weeks from the date of order.

After carrying out necessary amendment/substitution, notice be issued to

respondent nos.7-a to 7-d, returnable on 3rd September, 2019. In addition to notice through the process of Court, the applicants/appellants are permitted to serve Respondent Nos.7-a to 7-d by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due or any other legally permissible mode of service and file the affidavit of service by the returnable date.
