This matter was referred to the Mediator. The learned Mediator Shri P.R.Patil has submitted a report indicating that the mediation has been successful. Terms of compromise between the parties, settled and signed on 27.3.2014 are also placed on record. The mediation report as well as the terms of compromise are collectively marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Learned Advocate for the respective sides jointly submit that this Misc. Civil Application can be disposed off in the light of the Mediator's Report.

As such, in the light of Exhibit "X", this Misc. Civil Application is disposed off in terms of the compromise.
