The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to amount of Rs. 25,12,665/- (Rs. Twenty Five Lakh Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five only) towards the maintenance of hostel from the Government. The petitioner has given representation on 20.07.2020. The same is not decided as yet. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the representation/application of the petitioner (page no. 20) is pending with respondent No. 2 and if the respondent No. 2 is competent to decide it, then the same shall be decided on its own

In case, the respondent No. 2 is not competent to decide it and it is required to be forwarded to the State Government, then the same shall be forwarded to the State Government within a period of three

(03) months from today and if the same is forwarded by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 may decide it on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine

(09) months from the date of receipt of representation/application. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
