ORDER:- 1.

Heard. The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 6 i.e. original claimant Surendra Gopal Kale, on record with a prayer of condonation of delay of 37 days.

Admittedly, as per the death certifcate, respondent No. 6 Surendra Gopal Kale is expired on 06.08.2020 and his legal heirs are to be brought on record for continuation of further proceeding. As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed and the applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased

(2) 914 CA-11241.2022.odt respondent No.6 Surendra Gopal Kale as mentioned in para-2 of the application. The applicants to carry out the necessary amendment within the stipulated period.
