Learned Advocate for applicant is placing copy of supplementary charge sheet, wherein as regards applicant is concerned, it is stated that his name has been deleted and, therefore, he wants to seek withdrawal of the application. Learned APP informs us that when he has checked the online proceedings, then the charge was framed and two witnesses have also been examined. But it appears that it is in respect of main charge sheet i.e. Regular Criminal Case No.942/2021, as the additional charge sheet appears to have been filed on 29.07.2024.

930_Cri.Appln_1789_2020 It appears that the additional charge sheet is then assigned to the same Court i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmednagar (Court No.6). In view of this position we leave it to the learned Judge to take further recourse in view of the additional charge sheet. As the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application, it stands disposed of as withdrawn.
