Advocate Mr Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions submits that the parties have compromised the controversy and other litigations in between them are also compromised. It is submitted that, by order dated 11/07/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.9745/2011, the controversy was compromised in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties and that petition was disposed of.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions.
