The petitioner's father passed away on 28th April, 2021. This petition was preferred by the petitioner before he was appointed on compassionate basis.

The management has taken a stand before this Court that the petitioner has already been appointed on compassionate basis and he has started performing his duties. His proposal for approval is forwarded to the Education Officer on 02nd September, 2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the Education Officer consider the proposal and pass an appropriate

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the Management submits that the petitioner is consistently absent from duties. Shri. Sabnis, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has no instructions. Needless to state, this issue is not addressed to the court and is left open to be dealt with by the Management in accordance with law.
