Petitioners are making grievance in respect of failure in recording of their names in the7/12 extracts in pursuance to the decree passed by the Civil Court. According to petitioners, though the Civil Court has passed decree holding them entitled to 30 Are land, their names have not yet been recorded in the 7/12 extracts. 2.

It would be open for the petitioners to tender application to the Taluka Level Committee constituted under Circular dated 03.02.2015, pointing out their grievance. If petitioners tender application to the Taluka Level Committee within a period of six weeks from today, the said Committee may take appropriate decision or issue necessary instructions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
