Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.62,15,332/- has been deposited by the acquiring body. Learned Advocate appearing for acquiring body submits that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum of the compensation awarded by the learned reference Court.

Taking into consideration the objection and the purpose for which the appeal has been filed, case is made out for partial withdrawal of the amount, applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. It be distributed between them equally subject to
