Heard counsel appearing for the parties finally. The submission is made that, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5290/2017 along with others, dated 08.06.2017, petitioners who fall within the ambit of ESBC category be permitted to file / make representation in view of Government Resolution dated 02.12.2015 and Circular dated 04.04.2016. Learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent, in view of above, makes a statement that, they will decide the representation within 3 weeks, if filed by the petitioners within 1 week, in accordance with law. All defences kept open.
